Illuminations is the first vinyl excursion from Cellophane Garden. Continuing from last year’s CG-1 cassette, Kevin Blagg creates celestial guitar communications that project past the planes with occasional bursts of percussion from confidant J. Seymore. Oh yeah, it’s down-tempo drone for sure, but it adds elements from past heavens (80s 4AD, 90s Kranky) that are all focused through the now oracle. Meditative and stunningly breathtaking, one will discover newly painted sounds upon each listen that will rekindle the deep connection

Bootleg Series

Cellophane Garden’s Illuminations is Drawing Room’s second edition to its Bootleg Series. Limited to one-time vinyl pressings of one hundred copies, the series showcases artists and albums in an adventurously intimate setting. An unlimited digital release is also available for each volume.
